1:15PM - Level 2 Strength & Conditioning
2:30PM - Level 3 Program Components
3:45PM - Level 4 Program Components

TUESDAY
12:30PM - Level 1 Program Components
1:15PM - Level 2 Program Components
2:30PM - Level 3 Strength & Conditioning
3:45PM - Level 4 Strength & Conditioning

WEDNESDAY*
12:30PM - Level 1 Jumps
1:15PM - Level 2 Jumps
2:30PM - Level 3 Jumps
3:45PM - Level 4 Jumps

*All Jump classes will be 30 minutes
