$20 per skater

Rules below:
For stick and puck sessions, full gear is required (a helmet, skates, gloves, and a stick, with full equipment including pads) if under 18 years old. If over 18 years old, a helmet with a face covering is required.
General Requirements:
- Equipment:
- Helmet: Required for all ages.
- Skates: Required for all ages.
- Gloves: Required for all ages.
- Stick: Required for all ages.
- Full Equipment: While not always mandatory, full equipment (including pads) is often recommended, especially for those under 18, and is sometimes required.
- No Games: Stick and puck sessions are designed for individual skill development, not for playing games.
- Share the Ice: Be mindful of other players and share the ice and goals.
- Bring Your Own Puck: It's considered rude to borrow someone else's puck.
- Waiver: You must sign a waiver before participating.
Specific Requirements by Age:
- 18 and Under: Required to wear a full face mask or cage and full gear.
- 18 and Over: While full equipment is recommended, the requirement is a helmet with face covering, gloves, and skates.
Other Considerations:
- Safety: Always be aware of your surroundings and other players, especially when shooting or retrieving pucks.
- No Private Lessons: Stick and puck sessions are not for private lessons.
- No Checking or Rough Play: No checking or rough housing allowed.
