Rules below:

For stick and puck sessions, full gear is required (a helmet, skates, gloves, and a stick, with full equipment including pads) if under 18 years old. If over 18 years old, a helmet with a face covering is required.

General Requirements:

  • Equipment:
    • Helmet: Required for all ages.
    • Skates: Required for all ages.
    • Gloves: Required for all ages.
    • Stick: Required for all ages.
    • Full Equipment: While not always mandatory, full equipment (including pads) is often recommended, especially for those under 18, and is sometimes required.
  • No Games: Stick and puck sessions are designed for individual skill development, not for playing games.
  • Share the Ice: Be mindful of other players and share the ice and goals.
  • Bring Your Own Puck: It's considered rude to borrow someone else's puck.
  • Waiver: You must sign a waiver before participating.

Specific Requirements by Age:

  • 18 and Under: Required to wear a full face mask or cage and full gear.
  • 18 and Over: While full equipment is recommended, the requirement is a helmet with face covering, gloves, and skates.

Other Considerations:

  • Safety: Always be aware of your surroundings and other players, especially when shooting or retrieving pucks.
  • No Private Lessons: Stick and puck sessions are not for private lessons.
  • No Checking or Rough Play: No checking or rough housing allowed.
